Management Surveys

ACM Abatement Ltd carries out Management Surveys on all Domestic & Commercial Properties

A Management Survey is a standard Sampling, Assessment & Identifying Survey are far as reasonably practical to locate the presence & extent of any Asbestos Containing materials (ACMs) in the area which could be disturbed during normal occupancy. 

A written report will be issued.

Asbestos Sample testing will be carried out by a independent UKAS accredited Laboratory.

Refurbishment/Demolition Surveys

ACM Abatement Ltd carries out Refurbishment/Demolition Surveys on all Domestic & Commercial Properties.

Refurbishment/Demolition Surveys are used to describe/identify as far as reasonably practical any Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) in the Area/ Building where any future Demolition/Refurbishment works are to be carried out.It involves destructive/Intrusive inspection as deemed necessary to be able to gain access to all areas.

Re-Inspection of Asbestos Management Survey

A Re-Inspection as far as reasonably practical of the condition of any previously identified Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs)  in line with HSE guidelines.

Asbestos Collection Service

ACM Abatement Ltd have a Hazardous Waste license to collect any Asbestos Waste from Boilers to Roof Sheets. We work Nationwide, no job too small or too large.

Asbestos Removal

ACM Abatement Ltd have over 30 years Specialist Asbestos Removal experience, from Supermarkets / MOD / Schools / Universities / Domestic properties. 

Removing Asbestos from both Domestic & Commercial Properties, we will work with you from start to finish. 

Asbestos Removal is governed by stringent HSE laws & inspections, we will ease that minefield for you. 

Asbestos Testing Service

Any samples received/taken by ACM Abatement Ltd will be tested by an Independent UKAS accredited Asbestos laboratory.
